🇵🇸 TikTok became a hotbed of support for the Palestinian cause

🇺🇸 The US government passes legislation banning the app

🎃 Donald Trump lifts the ban on his first day as President

❌ After barely 24 hours, TikTok is back and suddenly the phrase "Free Palestine" is labelled as hate speech and automatically removed

Coincidence? Or was a deal cut in the background?

We don't know yet, but the truth is that the war on Gaza was emphatically lost online. 

The facts were disseminated freely, and young people all over the Western world rejected their government's support of genocide.

So, what's next for TikTok? What other avenues of free speech and support for just causes will be targeted?

We must wait and see.
